How to send a takedown notice

Email hello@wavzo.com.ng with the subject DMCA Takedown Notice and include:

A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
The full web address (URL) of each page or file on WAVZO that contains the material.
Your name, address, email address and phone number.
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

When we receive a complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We may pass your notice, including your contact details, to the person who published the material.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice at the same email address, with the web address of the removed material, your contact details and a statement that you believe in good faith that it was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

We may block people who repeatedly post material that infringes copyright.
