The presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, Omoyele Sowore, has said that if elected in 2027, he would restore the fuel subsidy removed by the President Bola Tinubu administration. The activist made the remark in a post shared on his official X handle on Monday. Sowore also said his administration would implement a minimum wage of N500,000 per month for Nigerian workers if elected. “Attempts to water down our proposal for a N500,000 monthly living wage with funny statistics will not change our position. “Under our government, Nigerian workers will earn a minimum wage of at least N500,000 monthly.
