Popular Nigerian activist, Omoyele Sowore on Thursday joined a protest in New York, United States calling for an end to the genocidal war in Gaza. Sowore, one of the 2027 presidential candidates, disclosed this in a post he shared on his official X handle on Friday. The activist condemned alleged abuse of human rights by the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as a humanitarian crisis surge in Gaza. “Yes, today in New York, I joined the Free Palestine protest. No justice, no peace! #FreePalestine! “I condemn the genocide being committed by the state of Israel in Gaza. “I joined to make it clear that Nigerians stand for justice and human rights for Palestinians”, Sowore wrote.
